The staff were great. They took care of all the needs. Thank you so much for hosting me.

The room was too small than what we see in images. And there was little bit dust in the room.

not very friendly/helpful staff. The mattress was really bad and the towels were stained with rust. AC made a terrible noise.

When I woke up in the morning, I went to the bathroom and realized there was no water at all. I went to the lobby, they said it will be fixed in an hour. I travel for work, I cannot wait one hour to use the bathroom! They didn't even apologize or try to make a commercial offer, even though I was obviously very upset. In addition, the bathroom is not very clean, all the joints are black and molded, there is no soap on the sink and the whole room had a very strange sewer smell. For a so called 3 star hotel, this is totally unacceptable.

dirty, stains on the sheets, bathroom was dirty, there’s even a lock outside your só it’s possible to lock you inside the room, the noise was awful, non stop in the night, it’s cheap and near the station but …

Location was good for me.

shower and toilet room had a very bad smell. Room looked very old in need of refurbishment. No toiletries in the room.

I like the afternoonreceptionist, she is kind but do not know how to handle problems like when i complained about the aircon it couldnt make the room cold.. She only said maybe theres a problem with the aircon and then i said so what are we gonna do? How can we sleep with this kind of temperature its hot.. She just said i dont know and ahe wanted us to get another room with higher rate because she said there is no more available room.. So disappointed..and the toilet is so dirty like didnt have clean for months,, theres mold in the wall of the bathroom.. So disgusting.. And theres no toothbrush and toothpaste, towels are worn out and old.

I really liked the staff, especially Kaya, she is very friendly and knows how to talk to customers. Kudos for this hotel!

It was confusing to find because the name of the hotel doesnt match what is online.

Good location

Staff no service mind. Ignore customer. Unhelpful. Don’t even tell me the wifi password and room number. Have to find out what is the room number and what floor by myself from key card. Staff just check in for me and that it. Smelly room. Good luck. I didn’t read the review from the others before book it. If i read the review from them I’m not gonna book it. The picture in the booking.com is not the same as in the hotel room be careful guys.

Room is spacious a single traveller. Clean room with working aircon, hot shower and tv. Bed is ok, without being exceptional. A big plus for me was the elevator, as I was travelling with heavy bags. Good chinese hotpot restaurant linked to the hotel.

Never could make the wifi work, luckily I had a Thai SIM card with unlimited 4G for the week. Room was never cleaned, had to personally drag the cleaning team into the room on day 5 to get my room cleaned, despite repeated requests at the reception.

The bathroom was ok location ok for local food and 7-11

Reception asked for my pin to my card to pay ! who gives up their private pin number ? paid in cash, bed gave me back ache. Room was bit spartan.

Quiet and away from the main street.

I got bitten by bedbugs on my 1st night and cannot sleep under 3am. Came down and the staff gave me another room but didn't apologise or do any service recovery. I am very disappointed. There are also no breakfast provided.

It’s a walking distance from the MRT and is very convenient. The room was nice and great value for the money I paid.

The elevator was small, only 2-3 persons can fit. There’s no safe in the room, and the lock of the door was making me paranoid especially everytime we went outside. But thankfully the area was safe, it’s good only for paranoid people

The room was very dirty. It seems like they did not clear the floor. The toilet was very smelly and the smell got into the room. The shower was cold amd the hot water didn’t work.

Room service, they do the bed, change toothbrush, towels everyday. Nearby 7-11, pizza store.

The bedroom was not clean. I opened each drawer in the bedroom, there was ciggarette buds and other stuffs. The bed headboard and the wall behind it and beside it is dirty, there are spiderwebs. Oh, there was a cockroach and the next day my husband woke up with 4 bites on his left hand and 3 bites on his face, not forgetting the grasshopper outside the bedroom. Since it was too dirty, we didn't bother to feedback it to the staff there due to poor communication. Their towels were old. A part of the Toilet bowls ceramic was broken, the basins was full of small tiny. Worst, entire 9 days stay was we didn't use their fridge, there were tiny tiny bugs.. Cockroach.. Internet states no deposit, checkout at 12, but bare in mind, hotel will ask for 1000bhat deposit and checkout is at 11am.

Even though the hotel is not centrally located within the city, it is close to Sutthisan MRT station, and it is very easy to hail a cab to get to downtown Bangkok. Room is very clean, way above my expectations, definitely worth the money. Front desk staff are extremely friendly. Thanks for the smooth checkin and checkout!

The water heater in the bathroom switches off while i was bathing. It's a common occurence since it happened 5 times.
